The Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee in Wales is asking farmers to give their views about what a Welsh agricultural policy should look like after the UK leaves the EU.

People wanting to respond to the call for evidence have to answer the following three questions using no more than 2,000 words.

  • What lessons can we learn from current and previous policies? What about policies elsewhere?
  • To what extent should Wales develop its own agricultural, land management and rural development policies or should it be part of a broader UK-wide policy and financial framework?

The deadline for responses, which should be sent to seneddCCERA@assembly.wales, is 25 November.
