The Great Yorkshire Show is once again giving away six family tickets to Farmers Guardian readers to attend this year’s show taking place on July 12-14 in Harrogate.
MORE than 130,000 visitors are expected to flock to Harrogate to enjoy the 158th Great Yorkshire Show, which takes place on July 12-14, 2016.
This year, the showground’s new £10 million hall will make its debut as the venue for the food emporium. The hall will play host to the Great Yorkshire Cheese and Dairy Show, a cookery theatre and food show with TV chef Rosemary Shrager, which is sure to prove a big draw to visitors.
In the livestock rings, more than 8,000 animals will compete for the coveted rosettes and the Great Yorkshire Show is also hosting the Aberdeen Angus Cattle Society’s Summer National Show.
