The British Limousin Cattle Society show and sale at Carlisle saw a top price of 40,000gns with 83 bulls going under the hammer to average £5,826 up £246 on the year with a clearance rate of 64 per cent.
TRADE peaked at 8,000gns at the Highland Cattle Society’s show and sale at Oban on Monday.
Sale leader was the reserve champion from the pre-sale show, Anna of Eilean Mor from Karen and Michael MacGregor, Acharacle, Argyll.
