Project Manager - Construction (Offshore Wind) - M4 Corridor - £70,000 (neg) + package


Our client is one of the UK's market leaders in renewables. The company operates, develops and manages 3,500MW of UK and International wind farms with a total global renewable generating output of around 8GW. They have a significant expansion plan in place targeting offshore wind, which will offer opportunities for career development.
As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for the construction of a major wind farm project through the planning and construction stages. You will engage with contractors, key stakeholders, ensuring the projects are delivered safely and efficiently by managing risks and driving excellent performance.
You will have:

  • Qualifications to degree level or equivalent in construction.
  • Significant experience of offshore construction, HV electrical systems or wind turbines.
  • Demonstrable commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment
  • Ability to understand and solve diverse technical challenges
  • Ability to plan and manage the execution of works logically and thoroughly
  • Track record of successfully managing the HSE and quality performance of contractors
