Biography

Biography

Peter is a Cheshire farmer’s son who after a compulsory period milking the family’s cows moved on to the less dangerous occupation of journalism to become editor at Livestock Farming and deputy at Farming News.

From there he moved on to take the editorship of Dairy Farmer, a post he has held for the past 10 years.

Peter confesses to being fascinated by the bizarre and unfathomable nature of dairy politics and has a passionate interest in all matters veterinary.

He is particularly interested in the education of young people and more than committed to one day completing his own!
